Basic fees - Beef
Processing fee $1.60 per kg of beasts dead hook weight (minimum charge $250.00)
Traditional sausages $5.50 per kg GF sausages $7.00 per kg
All prices are GST exclusive
Basic fees - Sheep
Processing fee $45.00 - basic cuts (forequarter roasts, loin chops, hindquarter roasts)
Whole sheep - for spit $35.00, bones and rolled for spit $80.00, boning for sausages $30.00
